Cancellation of order and Returns for Muglamania Ltd

Failure to report unwanted goods

Please contact within 7 days.Should you have placed an order in error,please notify us as soon as possible and we will refund/cancel the order and refund any payment in full.

Please email us straight away quoting the order number and clearly stating you wish to cancel the order and you will receive a full refund for any funds paid straight away.

Signed for Service

If any order has been despatched by a signed for service and the goods are not collected from Royal Mail or the nominated Courier Company and the order subsequenlty goes missing or is not retuned to us,we will not refund the cost of the order or replace missing items.If the order is retuned to our warehouse we reserve the right to charge for postage to re-send the order

Returns

To return a product: You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply email us and and request an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.

If you wish to return goods to us, or if you are asked to do so by our customer service team, Please make sure that when you return goods to us, please enclose information pertaining to the return.

The information we need is:

1. your name and order number.
2. Written confirmation of what items you have returned
3. Written confirmation of the reason for your return
4. Written request for either refund or replacement as appropriate.
5. Please also tell us whether or not you have already contacted our customer service team regarding this return.

If this information is not enclosed with any return we will not be able to process your return efficiently and you may experience a considerable delay before you receive correspondence, replacement, or refund.

We do recommend that all returns are sent recorded delivery to ourselves to confirm the goods have been returned.

In the event that you return any products in accordance with this section and Muglamania Ltd can demonstrate that they were not faulty when received by you, Muglamania Ltd reserves the right to refuse to offer a refund or return the Products to you and to claim the cost of such return postage from you.

Muglamania Ltd makes no representations about the fitness for a particular purpose of any of the products or services available on this website.

Muglamania Ltd will inspect any item that is returned before making any offer to replace, reprint or credit.

Refunds for Return Postage costs for personalised products will be at the discretion and agreement of Muglamania Ltd.

Please ask for confirmation before returning any personalised item.
